Guys my smart scale said I'm 39% body fat but I want to push for 40% before the end of the year π₯΅
It used to be 38% at the end of November but I lost 5 pounds of muscles and instead I gained it all in pure chub π· you can tell by my how high my stretch marks are climbing and how soft my belly hang and moobs have gotten π€€
