There is something about water that recalibrates my nervous system. I instantly feel relaxed, revived, calm and myself again, stresses all washed off. I used to live at a beach in Sydney for many years (yes, Bondi) and every day would begin and end in the ocean. I miss that. What is your relationship with the ocean, sea or water in general?

this is my natural posture whenever i stand. i could show you photos from when in was younger, different stages of my life, from little to now - always the exact same posture - the arm, the hip, the pointed foot. of course i won’t show you though, that would be creepy. you’ll just have to take my word for it. body language is fascinating isn’t it? it’s my favorite language.
