Good lighting is everything 🌞 One thing I think about when considering a space is how big the windows are and what direction they face. For example, west facing windows are essential if you want to soak up the golden hour from home. Or, if you prefer to wake up with the morning light streaming in, your bedroom will need east facing windows.

It seems like every good design junkie has this book, so I finally caved and got it! Its crisp linen cover and neutral coloring makes it the perfect addition to almost any coffee table. Its a bit expensive at $100, but there are tooons of similar books on Amazon at much lower price points. Scroll to see some of my other favorite decorative books and how I use them in my home.
