I found a maintenance man special the other day. It's been updated to a new paddle which was professionally installed the correct way. It's amazing that the old one even worked for 20 years 😆

Found a knock-off Multl-t-lock cylinder on a storefront. Whomever installed it left it loose AF. I twisted it out (with no damage to the set screw) and replaced it with an SC1 cylinder keyed to the management company's vacancy master key.

Lock wouldn't lock from either side of the door. Found Stanley type sliding glass doors. These have a top rod and bolt the frequently slip the bolt guide and this causes a jam. Old school Medeco Keymark Classic. Had to drill it out and replace the core. Something got in the keyway and caused a failure. All keys quit working.
