Perfection doesn’t happen overnight! Did you know that the average bottle of (delicious) red wine took around 19 months to produce, from pruning to bottling. Some are over vintaged in barrel even longer than that, taking around 24+ months. Get yourself a taste. Be sure to savor it & appreciate it’s raw perfection!

Wine has a long history, dating back thousands of years. The exact origins are unclear, but evidence suggests that production began around 7000 BC and definitely by 6000 BC. That’s a long time of humans experimenting and perfecting their grape growing and winemaking techniques! Today, wine has never been better. And, it brings me great joy to be a part of the journey 🍷
