Pumping in my opinion is one of the most powerful tools that you can do for PE. Even if girth isn't your target, using a pump really helps to loosen up the tissue and force fresh oxygen into your penis. From the small amount of research, I've come across, which I need to look more into. Pumping can help with some of the plaque buildups that blocks proper flow.
