Went to my gynecologist today and got my IUD inserted a few hours ago (in Germany called "copper spiral" and it's a contraceptive)

As you may know, 2 months ago I started replacing one of my monthly HQ sets with a selfie set. So there are now 3 HQ and 1 selfie set per month.
However, I have now decided NOT to upload the monthly selfie sets to gumroad later.
For me, the selfies don't fit into the aesthetics I otherwise cultivate.

I had a hard time doing my stuff and getting everything done in time. I lacked motivation in every part of my life and I my mental state regarding work, health & ambitions was not really bad - but also not really great😢
