Over the next 5 days I’ll be reflecting on 2023 and setting my intentions for 2024. It’s a pretty deep process. I revisit my values ( what’s most important to me) and try to set up the thoughts, actions and habits that align with that. It’s not a perfect process but I try to stay on course.
