Scarlet Law 0.3.9 Progress

Morning folks,

We're approaching the end of the month and 0.3.9 is (kind of) ready. I say kind-of because I feel that I already have enough content to release for the update. However, since it's mostly just story, I want to add a side sex scene for one of the characters to maintain people's interest.

This update will lead us to Viera's Scarlet Contract, so it'll be very story heavy....
