With cloth simulation, which is more work than it might seem. It's not always easy to keep the fabric from penetrating the character mesh, so it requires several simulation passes with adjustments every time until it keeps the illusion of real cloth.

Serika Squishy Human Experiments
First render is the character as I shaped her, before the gravity simulation. Second is low gravity sim, and the last is a full squeeze test and simulation at earth gravity. Not sure about the loss of "fluffiness" in the breast shape.
