I've seen several times people wanting this in comments under my mods, though I don't really need it myself, I made a quick mod since it was easy.
This mod adds a "Ask to Brush Teeth" option to sinks, allowing you to select a sim and ask them to brush their teeth at the selected sink.

I was tired of seeing sims throwing trash everywhere, cleaning up for them wasn't what my sim was supposed to do, so I made this mod to let other sims clean up their own trash.
