Until I find a better solution, here's a display of how some of these tokens are built. Not all the character I've made have this many alternate looks. But they're all built on a base that can have hairs or clothes swapped out. So if any of the game characters become popular enough for more content. It should be feasible to manage. Once I learn how to implement that in the code that is.
