We don’t have Open Worlds or Open Neighborhoods, so i often feel like the World around my Sims Home is too empty. So i wanted to be able to use my 64x64 Lot to seperate it into “my Lot” and a Park plus Cáfe “next to it”. This Mod enables more Life in your Neighborhood with a “Park Next Door” and more.
The following Mods needed an Update for Patch 1.75.125. All other Mods not listed below should still be compatible. New Content Support (if needed) will follow after the new Pack is out.
New: “Feathers around Bird Feeder” (Backyard Stuff) - When the Birds Feeder Animation is on there is a 5% Chance every 10 minutes that Feather Piles will appear around it.

Added new Bug Fix “Perfectionist No Canvas Destroying” - EA added a new Feature where Sims with the Perfectionist Trait get a push to retry. The current canvas on an easel gets destroyed then. It does not happen with other retry interactions as it seems, so i consider this a Bug. I added a Slot Empty Test, so they will only retry via Easels if the Easel Slot is empty.
Fix for yesterdays Update. Users without Bust the Dust should not get Errors anymore.

While playtesting some other Mod Updates today, i got the “pleasure” of experiencing the new “Bust the Dust” Kit. No, EA, just no -.- To be able to continue to playtest, i had to make small adjustments to the kit. I know there are other great Modders who fixed stuff already but i adjusted the kit for my own Playstyle:
