Alright after a Week full of Bug Fixing, Bug Fixing and Bug Fixing i finally found the Time to actually play again and work on the Auto Employee Lot Trait some more ;)
I think i'm at a Stage to release a Pre Release for you to test out.

Now that the "Hot Phase" of Bug fixing is over i can finally play Sims again^^
I am currently testing a Hire certain Vet Employees Mod.
It was a bit more complicated than the Retail Mod but i think i got it working.
Will testplay it some more before publishing.

Ok, today was Patch Day and it is even worse than i imagined.
Almost all if not all my Mods need to be updated.
I will update them as soon as i can but it will take a lot of time -.-
Hopefully i will get everything finished before Pets get released.
So far i have updated 17 Mods in 6hrs^^

Auto Employee Lot Trait
With this LotTrait Barista/Bartender/Entertainer will spawn autonomously on Lots for example Parks, Retail Store as long as such an Object is on the active Lot...
If the Lot has an Owner (More Buyable venues) the Owner will spawn...

Whenever i travel to a lot with 2 of my Sims that are in the same Club the damn Club Gathering starts autonomously. I always have to send my other Sims back Home to Bed then -.-
This Mod tries to prevent that but i need more People to test this.

Today i was trying out a new Mod: A small Retail Overhaul
What i will change in there so far:
I know there are already Mods out there which disable the autonomously Interactions where Toddlers get picked up out of High Chairs completely but that’s not what i want in my Game. I want them to be able to call for someone or that their Parents & Co. pick them up without me telling them to but i just want them to do it a little later and not right away.

Alright the Text for the Ultrasound Scan is working after a few trying and failing. You can Copy Scans to give them to Family Members (via Gifts ;)) too.
Next Step. Making Scans for all 9 possible Offspring Options and adding a View Interaction which gives a Happy Buff :)
As mentioned below i had this new Mod Idea. I found someone (Turbodriver) who helped me with the Script Part and now i'm working on the Base Mod of the "Ultrasound Scan Mod".
I know it's just a small Gameplay Feature but i really really wanted this^^

You can now call a Babysitter via the Phone (Household Menu). Your Sim will send a Text to your choosen Sim instead of calling them The Babysitter will arrive a few Minutes later, will stay up to 6 hrs and will cost 15 $ per hrs.
You can choose any Sim with a mind. Friendship Value of 20 and mind. Age Teen!
You can call up to 5 Babysitter which will each cost 15$ per hrs...

The Mod i want to make is a "Go to the Gynecologist to get a Ultrasound Scan" Mod.
When Sims come back they have an actual Scan inside their Inventory which they can hang on the wall etc.
The Scan itself should be based on the offsprings Sims carry. The Description should be something like "Twins. One Girl and one Boy."&n...
