I decided to take advantage of this small opportunity to make a much needed R&R day ๐ค it included lots of food, a massage and a pedicure ๐โโ๏ธ I have to remind myself constantly that itโs ok to sit for a moment and relax regularly ๐ฉ โyou canโt work 24 hours a dayโ is said to me a lot by people close to me ๐ if this does any..
