I am allowing myself to disconnect from the world and to forget about my phone. For a long time I have not put my own mental health first and the burnout is real. This month will hopefully be healing and rejuvenating in so many ways. I want to nourish my soul, live the present moment, have new experiences and be out of my comfort zone for this precious time. **Do not be worried** ~ my feed will be filled with daily images and thoughts even while I’m away *(you won’t want to miss that)*. Of course I will take care of every single one of you just like if I was home.
