Some behind the scenes 🎥 Raw Footage This is MY journey. 👊🏻 This is me learning a martial art and to inspire others to want to learn Krav Maga as a tool for self defense. I have learned so much in just a few short months that I’m now trying to get you all up to speed here! Lol! I’m loving the challenge, self development and skill set @mastermcconnell has been teaching me through Krav Maga! 💪🏻 #kravmaga #kravmagawomen #selfdefense #trainhard #protect #mrsswoop #mrsswoopofficialpage
