Added 2024-10-10 20:48:39 +0000 UTCI ate plenty of snacks this afternoon, drank 1,5l of sugary soda and chugged 2 creams before bed. I feel so fat ๐๐ท๐ I'm well over 1000 kcal again ๐ (don't count my normal food ofc)
