I would've moved there already if I didn't have my hands in so many pots up here between the business, my therapy animals, and my rentals. I have been condo-hunting for a while now but this market is obviously super fucked. Last week I put an offer in on a small condo right near my parents, lots of hurricane damage and needs a good flip - but that's what I love to do anyway! They've accepted my offer and you are officially looking at Florida's newest snow bird!! I'll still be up north for probably 70% of the year but this gives me time to fix it up until I'm ready to make a full move in a few years AND a place to stay when I come down there so often. Closer to my family, closer to the amazing feedee friends I've made down there, and laying down some roots in my heart happy place. YAYYY ๐๐๐๐ If you've ever wondered why I still work 90 hours weeks, this is why hahahahha
