***Fitness Life update*** โผ๏ธ I hope you all are good! I just wanted to start a series when I give you Updates on aspects of my life, Just soo you have a more personalised experience on my page โค๏ธ Soo recently I injured my back ๐๐พโโ๏ธ **In getting old*** ๐ฅน I started my 500 Push ups a Day and I think the combination of that and my friends riding me like a donkey did it for me lol ! I'm all good now but yeah Ive had little rest from going Live and been taking it easy! In saying al that though, I am feel 100 better and I can move without sharp pain! Most likely on Thursday I will start back going Live on here and TikTok and doing my 500 Pushups a day challenge ๐ฅ ***Onlymikewilliams2*** โฌ ๏ธ Go follow that real quick โ๐พ Show your boy some Love!!
