I dream of installing a shower stall one day ๐ฅฒ (sigh) Today I went to the gym, but due to a loss of strength, I have a hard time forcing myself to do anything. However, I am very glad that my trainer is a very cool woman and helps me not just do exercises, but do approaches that strengthen my muscles! ๐ช Over the years, going to the gym has become not only a strength training for me, but also helped me better understand muscles, anatomy and biology. A trainer like this is worth its weight in gold ๐ I wish I had more strength to go there more often.
