Every day we run somewhere, we are afraid of being late, we worry that we will not have time to achieve something... But isn't it important to just stop sometimes? To ask yourself a simple question: "Am I happy right now?" πΈ
I have a tradition. Every week I set aside a couple of hours just for myself - I read a book π, make a hair mask π§ββοΈ or just watch my favorite movie π¬. These are my "hours of happiness" π«.
