Week 11 of my fitness journey; 5 hours cardio a week with some pushups. about 2 weeks ago, I added the use of an ab roller wheel & strength training with kettlebells.

About a month ago, I went ๐Ÿ’ฏ dedicated healthy diet. I had to get rid of my junk food the first month. lol.

The ab roller is a game changer for me personally. I always hated doing other ab exercises and seemed to never get good results.

Looking straight at myself in the mirror, Iโ€™m seeing the the fat loss. Looking straight down or when I sit down still looks terrible ๐Ÿ˜‚.
