My mental health is something i try to be transparent about as much as physical health. Being labeled as a person who only thinks I'm super good or super terrible "black and white thinking" I like to think that black and white is the "for the artists eyes " side of photography as it can really make your eyes see details and shadows that are possibly overlooked when in color photos . The analogy for me personally i guess is that sometimes black and white can help you see more than what you would WANT to see. And if that doesn't resonate with ptsd/bpd type things ๐
