Sometimes you've got to mentally shut out the pain and focus on the task at hand. That task was to annihilate my back and biceps muscle, and I did just that, and guess what? Headache was gone by the time I was finished. Killed two birds with one stone. Very happy with how everything is coming along đȘđœđđ
