I've actually been toying with the idea of competing next year. Not for any reason besides personal fulfillment ๐ Not saying it's a sure thing yet because it's a lot extra on my plate, but it's definitely on my mind. I just feel like I work hard for this body and might as well put it to use other than sex ๐ฅฐ Any questions on these exercises feel free to ask ๐
