A/C broke so this weekend I was just in an insufferable hell of HEAT. Anywho I gained 5ish pounds over the week, definitely feel like the tummy looks bigger. π Gonna get the protein powder for shakes either tomorrow or Wednesday!! So excited to make shakes again π€€ even more to chug them. (Might also do a workout video π€·π»ββοΈ)
