She was sitting with a book, leisurely sipping tea and looked so peaceful πΈ. I caught myself thinking that I haven't allowed myself to just stop and enjoy the moment in a long time..... Always running somewhere, deciding something, forgetting to take care of myself π. And taking care of myself is also kindness β€οΈ. From this day on, I promise to pamper myself more often with little joys like a cup of coffee in a cozy place - just because I deserve it π«
