We are so used to not getting involved that we don't even notice how the world around us gets colder. But here's the paradox - the more heat we give out, the easier it becomes for ourselves.
So if you see someone around you feeling sad, at least plant a mem. 😏
It won't save the world, but it will definitely make it a little kinder.
