Today has been a hot one, I hope you are all staying cool & hydrated ๐๐ผ๐ฏ I definitely have been drinking water, but no AC ๐
so pardon my sweaty self.
I will be going LIVE within the hour to focus on arms with a bit of stretching ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ I went to the gym today & I did stretch a lot already ๐ฅฐ I will work on editing those videos for you ๐ for now here is a selfie I took when I tried on some clothes yesterday ๐
everything was too big for me.. Guess Iโm an XS & a size 0 now ๐
