0.4 Content Roadmap & Update status

As promised, a roadmap showing all the content that will be present in the next update. With this comes an update status similar to the one for the previous update that I will edit as time goes on. The image itself won't be updated but instead can be used as a reference.
I do have to mention that, as I've said in my previous post, I have had issues here and there in the past month. While I'm still trying my best to aim for the estimated release of November, it isn't a guarantee.
