I didn’t hear anything after they carried him into the room, so I wasn’t sure what happened after that. Judging from the lack of the man, they must have dealt with him one way or another. I placed it out of mind as it was the man’s fault for being caught.
Imperia and I moved to a free table and the waitress approached with a worried expersion. “What can I get you this morning?”
I just ordered some bread and tea. Imperia on the other hand stared at the menu for several long moments before she basically ordered one of everything. The waitress looked like she wanted to faint but nodded. I guess Imperia gained some infamy after last night’s feast.
“You sure you’re not the queen of gluttony?” I asked leaning on the table.
“Hm? I had a child that liked his food. Maybe he got it from me?” she pondered. “I don’t know why, but I can feel mana returning to me the more I eat. I have trouble stopping.”
