A Guild is a town guild, so there's no inter-fief organisation. They're very similar, and they know each other, but that's all. Theres no multi-guild-master. (The Adventurer's Guild is such an organisation). She could change her face and stay but that would mean abandoning most of the contacts she'd built up, so it would be like moving.

She isn’t a nobody anymore, and there isn’t much he can do if she just changes faces and comes back. She could also make use of that dagger she has, tho I doubt she’d do that. Also, he’s gonna be a horrible count if he kicks an enchanter out of his city because he personally doesn’t like them. That’s a lot of cash flow and potential money for the city.
