I like dramas like this because they give you insight into the inner workings of the minds of these people. What motivates them, what drives them. To know someone like this in real life is a scary thing, and I'm sure many people do and don't even know it. I love the moral dilemmas and complexity that they're bringing up. I feel like Ah Jin is a brilliantly written character, and while I might've rooted for her in the first few episodes, like anyone else would have, I think the second she involved innocent people and began destroying their lives for her own means, we were done with her. It's going to be an interesting watch for the rest of the series and we can't imagine where it's gonna go from here!

To be honest, i think it’s insane for people to still root for ahjin even after seeing what she’s done so far that ruined innocent lives in the process. The people rooting for ahjin are thinking about her as a tv show character and not someone that could legitimately be like her in real life. They always bring up her history of a terrible family life as an excuse for all the things she knowingly does that ruins multiple innocent lives in the process. But i don’t think they think about if they ended up having their life ruined as collateral by someone like her, would they still be rooting for her? Because i always try to put in perspective of if the character was someone in real life, how appealing would they actually be? And would they still excuse their destructive actions just because of having a bad home life? It’s the same with people saying they are attracted to serial killers or villains in tv shows/movies because they are portrayed by actors/actresses that they like. But if it wasn’t an actor/actress portraying those killers/villains, would those people still think they were attractive? I always think about if i legit dealt with an individual portrayed as a horrible human in a tv show/movie in real life, i know i would not be so in favor of them.

When Jun-seo totally folds when Ah-jin comes to him, we gotta remember that his feelings for her aren't just love, but also guilt. He's always felt bad about not doing "more" to protect her from his mom. On the other hand, Jae-oh's feelings for Ah-jin are more about loyalty than anything else. For Jae-oh, Ah-jin was the only one who accepted him for who he was. She was the only one who told him he wasn't useless. That's why he's fiercely loyal to her. Plus, having had abusive parents, they also have some kind of trauma-bonding.
