Base is 5mm EVA foam then all details were 5, 2 and 1 foam ! The textured bits were made with the sanding bit of the Dremel, it's fairly easy to do but I'll try to make a detail explanation in my tutorial. There's also multiple ways of building some details which I'll try to cover as well. So you could use whichever methods fits you best !
Once I'm done building the thigh armor, I'll do a bunch of paint test ! So far I want to keep the 2 metallic blues accurate BUT have the textured area have a super shiny color shift effect and all the white parts look 'pearly'. I'll probably weather everything a bit too.
ALSO I had the idea of making kind of my own zero suit ? I'm not a fan of the in-game one with the heels and only a skin tight catsuit.
My idea is to have the catsuit, but add some of the armor parts like the shoes, shinguards, gloves and arms ! Plus some more stuff (LIKE BELTS OMFG) !!!! Would be a nice more comfortable convention costume!
