Patreon AMA #67

Time for the 67th Patreon AMA! Everyone gets a question and I'll answer it soon!

Sorry, I must have missed this in the last AMA. I'm pretty excited about it since it should help the story be a bit more coherent and have a better direction about where it's going. It's also nice to have an idea of what each expansion is going to be about. I've seen people act like they'll be big patches, but from everything I've heard, it seems like they'll be normal. Overall I think they'll be solid and will help the story, which has been a mess for a while.

Hey Crendor. How you feeling about the World Soul Saga?

Andrew Ault

It's hard for me to say since I am currently in the habit of working out and eating decently healthy. It can definitely get harder when you don't feel great, are somewhat depressed, or have other stressful issues occurring in your life. I think sometimes started smaller is still the best way to get back into everything. Start by just making yourself go for a walk every day for 10 minutes, or eating one healthy meal a day for a few weeks. It can be paralyzing when you try to do too much too fast or make the task at hand seem bigger and more impossible than it should be.

Well, after this past week, it's extremely fun watching this team haha. It's honestly been the most fun I've had watching them for quite some time. The last few years just felt like old man Aaron Rodgers trying to will them to victory and not meshing well with Lafleur's scheme. Now it's all about watching the young guys grow and develop into the new era, and they've definitely developed way faster than I would have imagined just a few months ago. I will say, sometimes teams try to rebuild and it goes terribly and they're stuck there for a long time (like the Pistons) but that's the risk you have to take sometimes.

Hey Crendor, in terms of "having fun", how would you rate supporting this Packers season compared to other seasons? I've loved sports my whole life and it used to ruin my week if my team lost. Then one of my teams was really shit for a while and I discovered how much fun there is supporting a team even when they lose and even when you know they're not going to win titles. Having a little cult hero, winning games you absolutely shouldn't, having one part of your team be so good but other teams are always shocked because you're generally bad, etc., all super fun. Also just seeing the younger players grow and develop, that early career story is so good.

Hey Crendor. I recently had some health problems and gained some weight and lost my strength and fitness levels. I'm finding it hard to get back into the habit of eating right and exercising since I'm much weaker than before. Do you have any advice?
