She should come to me everyday knowing it could be the day, but never knowing if it is the day. When the day comes, I may have her bring me the axe and make her beg me to use it on her or I may use my sword so swiftly that the first sign she has that today is THE day is when her head rolls off her shoulders. How dare a slave be so presumptuous as to arrange her own beheading? I think that for usurping my right to choose when she dies, she doesn't deserve to be rewarded with the taste my cum. I would make sure she knew what she was missing out on and why before setting her head aside and forcing her to watch as I use her detached body. Of course I couldn't resist her head forever, but as punishment for her misdeed, it won't be until after she's faded away. Hopefully my other slaves would learn from such a lesson.
