PGH Taiga review + exclusive multisample downloads

Hi there!

If you've ever wondered what would come out of a 70s synth collaboration between Bob Moog and Don Buchla - Taiga from Pittsburgh Modular might just be it... with three oscillators - each (!) with a wavefolder, and a low-pass-gate like dynamics circuit, along with plenty of other goodies not quite from the 70s. Here's my full review.

Attached to this post is a video download of the outro, and, as per Trigon 6, I cooked up a bunch of multisamples so you can try it in the comfort of your own studio.

So that you don't get too many emails about this, I've attached the Modulator tier multisamples to this post, and will be sending out a bunch more WaveShaper tier multi-samples soon, along with the book update.

All my best,

Ziv (folding waves on a synth channel called "Loopop"...)

My pleasure - thanks for being here!

Great review. I'm glad I watched as I was tempted by this gear (GAS - gear acquisition syndrome.) Your video snapped me to my senses and was fun to watch. As always, keep up the good work!
