Trigon 6 from Sequential builds on the form factor and usability of Prophet 6 and OB-6, this time paying tribute to a monster old analog soul - the 3 VCO, ladder filter-based Memorymoog polysynth - which in turn was the result of putting together the sound and interface of six Minimoogs, with a few improvements and patch storage.
This video was quite a bit in the making - while it's always exciting to make launch day videos, I so also enjoy taking the time to explore synths without a particular launch day deadline (especially "off launch season"), and the result is quite a few patch ideas, which as usual are relevant for other synths as well and will make it into the next book update.

hey - I got an error as I finished typing so not sure if my comment made it - anyway, I don't mean to show off but it has only been a couple of weeks (I usually spend a week with a synth). That said it's not just 9-5, rather pretty much every waking moment except walking my dog and coffee breaks :)
