Early Askcess: Getting Back To It

Wow, it's almost been a whole month since I wrote one of these? The issue at hand is that I want to have enough posts to make one of these worth while, but I kind of got trapped in a cycle of only queuing up 1-2 posts at a time, and usually in the minutes before going to bed. Not really enough to write a post about, and when you queue a post about 4-6 hours before it goes up, not really enough time to make early access feel worth it, I guess. But I went digging and answered (more than) a week's worth of posts this time, so let's get into it.

Anonymous asked: Why did Sonic Adventure introduce the springs that have 3 stars instead of one? Was it just to give the player a larger hitbox to homing attack on? Or were there other reasons for its existence? Otherwise, it seems kinda odd to design a new asset that serves the same purpose as your already existing asset.

Generally speaking I only post links because sometimes in the run-up to these getting posted, I might add or change things about the posts.
