March 2021 Book update and new patch downloads! [MAR2021]

IMPORTANT! Many of this month's updates were inspired by reader requests - feel free to comment or send me a personal message with anything you believe isn't covered in the book, even if it's basic things like those added this month.
Here's what's new!
- Added a new “Basic Eurorack Patches” chapter with the attached downloadable VCV patches. Most of the patch ideas in the book are relatively advanced - this was added after I got requests for basic patching principles applicable to beginners getting into Eurorack or VCV.
- Added new tips for dealing with ground loops and noise
- Updated and enhanced mixing and mastering chapter
- Added new ideas to the Generative Ideas chapter
- Added tips from Synth Setups #3 with Julia Bondar
- New basic concepts to make sure I cover all bases, again based on reader feedback: DAWs and DAWless
- Added reference to new multi-sample download requested from the Bitbox review video
- A few other updates sprinkled here and there based on reader requests…
