December 2020 Book Update! Synth setups mega chapter

I try to keep my updates "bite size" but this one grew slightly more than the typical update.

- Inspired by my latest "setup" collaboration videos - added a massive new chapter with ideas and tips for creating and playing multi-synth setups.
- Added a section discussing the pros and cons of MIDI looping vs audio looping
- Added a small note to the hardware sequencer buyer’s guide regarding latch functionality of arpeggiators.
- Added the new Super 6 presets and music video downloads to the appropriate sections.
