Hi!
Super 6 by UDO doesn't have a screen, and that's both a pro and a con. There's no menu diving, but there are no menus packed with features. You can't see preset names or parameter values, settings are sometimes a pain to change, but I have to admit there's a certain freedom and immediacy to it that is liberating.
And, yes, it is "binaural" - meaning you can split its 12 voices to 6 dual voice pairs, with phased modulation of certain parameters, which is an impressive effect.
Super 6 has its work cut out - competing with PolyBrute, Peak/Summit, HydraSynth and others isn't going to be easy: in this video I check out how it fairs.
I've attached to this post 18 presets I made along the way, in case you happen to get your hands on one!
All my best,
Ziv (finding out if less synth is more on youtube as "Loopop"...)
