Hi there!
I hope you're doing well. Apparently, the first paragraph of my book has promised a whole chapter about analog vs. digital, and yet I've not added it with all the other excitement going on... well, at least I can claim truth in advertising since the title of the book clearly states it's in-complete.
So, the big addition this month is a whole chapter about analog vs. digital and software vs. hardware synths.
My goal is to provide you with a comprehensive list of pros, cons and buying tip considerations for each - and of course, if you see a pro or con that's missing, just let me know and I'll be happy to add it and credit you.
By the way, as you may have noticed, while initially the main idea for the book was to curate and organize the ideas in my videos in one convenient location, I'm constantly adding exclusive content to it where I think words describe ideas better than video, or tips I just missed out on in the main videos.
Besides the big update, if you've been stockpiling toilet paper, have I got a good tip for you. The cable management section has been expanded to include a few more ideas, and a particular one inspired by a similar idea sent in from patron Simon George: roll cables up (no need to tie them) and stick them in the cardboard tubes left over when your toilet paper has done its duty. And yes, that's a preschool pun.
As usual, search for "<NEW" to jump through all the updates from the past three months, and search for "(MAY)" to only see the new stuff added in this update.
A SYNTRX review is coming right up, until then, take care!
