Tips and Tricks Tuesday! (November 2021 book update...)

Dear WaveShapers!

Cyber Monday is over, might as well celebrate Tips and Tricks Tuesday... with this month's book update!

As usual, you can search and skip between the updates by looking for the string "NOV2021" in the document, and SEP2021 and OCT2021 updates are still highlighted in there in case you missed them. Here's what's new:

That's it for now - as usual, but never taken for granted thanks for being here - it's what keeps this channel going - many many new things coming up soon!

All my best,

Ziv / Loopop

Comments

Thanks for the comment - indeed I use the books app too but many other PDF readers work as well. I'll add a comment saying the Books app works great with this in the next update :)

Great additions to the Guide! Still read the version from previous month by accident. A quick suggestion: ----------------------- You could add a note on iOS-based devices like iPhone/iPad on the initial table of contents page where it suggests the best way to view the PDF on various Operating Systems. It's easy to either directly download the PDF to the phone's memory or load it in the browser click the send button and open in "Books". Which handles large PDF files much better than Safari and gives you a table of contents pane if selected, in addition the Books app let's you switch between pages and chapters very quickly and does support full text search. It's comes preinstalled on iOS devices and is free. I made a few screenshots regarding the -- Import PDF to Books app via Safari Browser or direct download to phone memory & send to/open in Books -- process on an iPhone, if you need some pointers for the guide or if that somehow helps other users in the future, let me know and I will share those screenshots.

Thanks so much for joining and for taking the time to write!

I am not a typical supporter of online endeavors. That being said, I've not derived anywhere near as much value when it comes to electronic music from any other source....no matter if it's tips and tricks (and I have not even reviewed the ever evolving book yet) or simply spot on solid reviews of all the gear I'm considering investing my hard earned cash into as I have hear. Hats off and please keep up the noble effort.
