Tips and Tricks Tuesday! (November 2021 book update...)

Cyber Monday is over, might as well celebrate Tips and Tricks Tuesday... with this month's book update!
As usual, you can search and skip between the updates by looking for the string "NOV2021" in the document, and SEP2021 and OCT2021 updates are still highlighted in there in case you missed them. Here's what's new:
- Added Attenuverter coverage to the Eurorack for Beginners section (I got asked what one is, and what are the pros and cons compared to regular attenuators, and it turns out that was not explained in the book yet!)
- Added a new trick - using a Ring Mod circuit as a VCA
- New tips and ideas regarding using drive in combination with a filter
- New trick - creating a highpass filter using a lowpass filter, inverter and mixer
- A discussion of normalling and dummies (dummy cables, I mean)
- New trick - create an analog tempo-synced LFO using a clock and slew limiter
- New trick - using a slew limiter as a low pass filter/low pass gate
- ARP 2600 added to the instrument-specific tips and tricks section and exclusive content reference
