Update // Superbooth 2021 Sample Pack no longer free - Now a Patreon Download

Hi there - I hope you're doing well!

While I spent the first days of the mega contest chilling with coffee listening to 5-10 tracks a day, the last 72 hours have been the longest binge I've had since, well, not that long actually, maybe Squid Game, but way, way, less depressing... as a matter of fact, quite the opposite - like any good binge, I just couldn't stop it was so enjoyable, so I'm really thankful to everyone that participated, it was a true privilege

If you participated, thanks and kudos for finishing that track!

You're part of the most inspiring electronic music binge watch I've ever seen - here's the final playlist of 588 (!) tracks - most inspiring not just because the music is great, but because if you like what you hear you can take a peak behind the scenes, watch a walkthrough or download the project file, sometimes both. More on that later.

Meanwhile, the various sample packs will no longer be offered for free. Non-Patrons can purchase them on the contest site, but you don't have to! Thanks also to Trevor Meier, Lying Dalai, Mike Butcher, Brian Kennedy and AA Battery who agreed to donate their various templates to this pack.

And since it seems like people really dig samples of unreleased synths, I'll be doing more of those as I review upcoming synths, and there are quite a few interesting ones coming!

Finally, if you've still got the urge to finish yet another track, Native Instruments just announced a massive song making competition for their 25th Birthday and a pretty cool free instrument to go along with it (it's free only for a limited time BTW)

Thanks as always for your support - without you, flying out to Superbooth, making this pack and crazy competition would simply not be possible. If you see a benefit to yourself and the electronic music community from having these songs and walkthroughs available (I know I do!) - it's your support that makes it possible!

All my best,

Ziv / Loopop

SP-404 MK2:

Don’t forget to set envelopes, looping and gate to taste, especially on the synth banks

Synth presets are spread across 4 octaves per preset, just hit the note that is closest to the range you want to play, and then press SHIFT-4 (CHROMATIC) to play the sample, or use the resampling technique shown in my video to create a polyphonic bank.

## How the project file is organized

Comments

All of these have one-shots, just organized differently - dive into the folders and you'll see them there

Is there one of these that breaks up the samples into one shots? ETA: the answer is the Master pack!! I first downloaded the octatrack pack, which seems to be optimized for the "slicing" function of the OT meaning, for example, that the "godfather kicks" are all in one wav file but the directory seems to have the metadata the OT uses to treat it like one-shots.

This is an inside joke for someone else I support on Patreon.

Added!!
