Hi!
Polyend's new modules are now available and they've sent them over for review. The most interesting one is Preset - built around the idea of enabling presets for eurorack modules, but it also functions as a custom LFO, playable mini keyboard and limited sequencer.
Anywhere is designed to let you power up to 1000mA's of modules using a phone charger - so I take the time to walk through mA's vs mAh's to hopefully sort that stuff out...
And Poly 2, an update to their MIDI to CV module with a smaller footprint, 20 outputs instead of 32, and added functionality.
In the video I mention a "Eurorack for beginners" chapter in my book, which is indeed the plan for this month's update - so if you have any Eurorack questions please let me know!
Oh and by the way, a h-u-g-e w-e-l-c-o-m-e to all the new Patrons that joined this month and an even bigger thanks to all of you that stick around month after month.
I said it once and I'll say it again, while I do accept review units from companies (which they are welcome to take back at the end of the review) I do not accept payment for reviews and I often pay import tax on gear that does get sent - so without you, this wouldn't be possible.
Thanks again!
Ziv (explaining how mA's are the mg's of euro-crack on YouTube as "Loopop"...)
