November Book Update (+ContinuuMini review)

A double feature out today - the promised ContinuuMini review, and an update to the book. Here's what's new:
- New: a section about Ableton Live - including 7 ideas not mentioned in the companion video I made. As per the spirit of my original Ableton video, the idea is not to include everything in the manual, but rather highlight those features which are most important and yet least obvious from the UI.
- New: Added a MIDI to CV to MIDI (and audio...) section, including more modules not mentioned in the video - thanks to user comments.
- New: The ContinuuMini was added to the Expressive Controller and Instrument section, and more importantly I added a summary ratings table that attempts to collect and rate all the important features one might want in an expressive controller. Would love to know if you think that format is useful as I explore other product categories.
You may notice there's a "version number" on the book - occasionally I (or more often you...) find a typo in the book - please feel free to send me anything you have - I happily fix those - and then upload them as a replacement attachment to this message.

Hello, I just buy a ContinuuMini and I want to know if it will be possible to use an IPAD 4 Retina 16 gig like a midi interface (with the midi adaptator of corse). Thanks in advance for your help. Warm hugs Serge
