Dear friends of Loopop!
First, I just really want to say thanks. It's an unsettling experience hitting the "go live" button on a Patreon page and seeing "zero patrons" show up, and you all fixed that very quickly... so thanks very much!
I don't take this support lightly or for granted, and promise to do my best to bring you new and useful ideas and hopefully help a little bit with using your gear creatively or understanding what the heck is going on...
Even though I've already expanded the book I don't want to trouble you with updates every time I make a change, so hopefully having all the updates bunched up every month or so into meaningful updates will make sense. The video I'm uploading today about Dreadbox and PolyEnd's Medusa inspired me to add a section to the book about "expressive" instruments (Seaboard, LinnSrument, Continuum, etc), and a bunch of quadraphonic ideas are coming up in the next update too.
While on the topic of Medusa - feel free to ask me any questions about it. Putting out a synth like this is a brave move on behalf of Dreadbox and PolyEnd - the grid on Medusa is a real innovation in terms of the "human-synth" interface and certainly worth a look.
Thanks again!
