Hey everyone, I’ve got something to say about the Discord channel.

Right now, there are quite a few people who join the channel and then cancel their Patreon or Fanbox subscriptions. With hundreds of members in the channel, it’s tough for me to identify each one individually.
I’ve been thinking about how to filter these people out, but checking subscription IDs through private messages feels too inefficient and time-consuming.
So, I’m sorry, but I’m planning to reset the channel’s member list.
I’ll send out new channel invite messages through Patreon and Fanbox.
When you rejoin the channel, please let me know your Fanbox or Patreon ID.

I considered that option too, but I gave up after learning that linking Patreon with a Discord channel allows Patreon to ban users based on conversations, link, images shared on Discord.

2025-05-05 02:55:58 +0000 UTCthere is some way for patreon to automatically identify users who have connected their discord and patreon accounts - some patreons automatically add me to their discords. this likely isn't possible with fanbox, though
